For a moment, stop and remind yourself that you are exactly where you need to be, just as you are, right in this very moment

Allowing yourself a few minutes each day to recalibrate and ground your energy is an important aspect of self care

 Easy Grounding Exercise

Position yourself comfortably and apply your favourite essential oils to the palm of your hands and rub them together. Focus your mind on the warmth of your hands building up as you activate the properties of your essential oils. Cup your face with your hands and take three nourishing deep breaths in, envisioning a radiant  white light surrounding your body. As you hold your breath for a few seconds, begin to envision tree roots firmly planting you into the earth. Release each exhale gently, releasing any pent up emotions. Repeat as many times as you need
